This modified model is essentially the same as the previous classic player version with a modern c profile neck the vintage model has a mid 60s c although the 305mm 12 inch fingerboard radius of that previous model has.
Well to be fair my usa custom shop strat needs a bit of work.
Returned and replaced with a new 70s vm strat seen above instead.
The guitar s beautiful appearance makes a mockery of its miniscule price tag.

The neck feels great in the hand and plays easily all up and down the maple board with choke free bends aided by the 9 5 inch radius and medium jumbo.
Right now the vintage modified 70s strat is the nicest guitar to play of the three strats i have.
The squier affinity telecaster i bought is gone.

Fender has pitched the vintage meets modern ratio extremely well on the vintera 50s stratocaster modified and i imagine this guitar is one that a high proportion of players will like.
